Awesome machinery, people who work there gave our clients with disabilities a tour. Learned a lot and bought a few handmade items.
The wool batting is better than anything you would find at someplace like Michael's. I ordered the 3'lb, and it is very nice, fluffy wool. Unrolled the width turned out to be perfect for my queen size mattress, with a few feet extra of length. I'm using it as a top layer on top of the latex in my custom mattress. I ordered 2 rolls, but it is thick enough (inch to an inch and a half) that I probably only need 1. Might use both though. Very, very nice.
I ordered online for wool batting to make natural cushions and a futon. I need more wool, but the wool I got was super cheap but had a lot of quantity. I highly recommend this for people looking for natural alternatives to foam. The wool was cool :) I am Happy with my experience.
The owners are very responsive, trustworthy, and professional regarding customer care. They are typical American cultured people who are beautiful to do business with. When thing happen , beautiful people solve the problem beautifully. Always people matter .
