Neurofeedback has been an answered prayer to treat anxiety for my child. After years of talk therapy and medication we wanted to try something different to treat her before she left home for College. After all the sessions she felt much more empowered and confident. We saw her more talkative to strangers and participating in activities she was reluctant to do before. Jason was great through all the process explaining step by step about the treatment. To hear from your child's mouth "I feel better" is priceless!

The entire team at Sugarland Teen and Family counseling are top notch. Faye has been a great resource for me personally and is a great counselor. highly recommended.

Jason's communication techniques provide each client with unique approach to mental health awareness and health. His approach in working with young people, especially adolescents, eases the "awkward" feeling of psychotherapy. Most importantly, the holistic approach he uses addresses the client as a whole person taking into consideration their physical, emotional, and social needs.

My teenage daughter and I had Neurofeedback sessions with Jason after seeing the dramatic improvement in my nephew’s social anxiety (he also worked with Jason). My daughter has ADD which caused insomnia. Albeit trying all different medications, her insomnia was not improving. For me I know I have adhd even though I was never formally diagnosed. A life savor in our home. Working with SLT&F, we were able to see a night and day difference with our son - and believe me it was a rough beginning. Looking back, Our son was diagnosed with adhd and has anxiety about a number of things, so naturally he didn’t want to sit still, talk about his feelings, and would get mean if it wasn’t going his way.
