I've seen both Dr. Le and Dr. McDonald. I've been doing to Dr. Le for a while now. I am not sure what happened when I called to make an appointment this last time but I was scheduled with Dr. McDonald. No complaints though! I didn't mind. I love them both. Dr. Le has made all of my experiences comfortable and listens to any concerns I have. Its not fun going to the obgyn (at least for me). So having 2 doctors that make your time easy and comfortable, is so important!
I’ve trusted Sugar Land OBGYN and Dr. Le for about 19 years. The staff here is wonderful, I always feel well taken care of. I just had my first baby and throughout my entire pregnancy everyone was very intentional and helpful. I always felt like they cared about any concerns I was having and made sure I was comfortable and felt at ease. I have been a patient at Sugar Land OB/GYN for over 20 years, and I truly can’t imagine going anywhere else. From the very beginning, the doctors and staff have always made me feel like more than just a patient, they have made me feel like family. I don’t understand the good reviews about this place. The coordination is super inefficient, the records are not electronic so you can’t get a copy, and the facilities are very outdated. The ultrasound machine is so old you can’t see images clearly. The rooms are very small and they cheap out on hygiene products making ir feel very dirty (particularly the lab). Always had to wait at least 30-40 minutes for my appointment. Many times I was given the wrong instructions and/or they communicated too late or missing information. ... read more
