I am writing to share my concern regarding a recent phone call with your office while scheduling annual visits for my parents. On 9/30/2025 9:15 am I called to book appointments. The receptionist asked for my father’s details and then placed me on hold. I waited almost 10 minutes before the call was resumed. Absolutely the best doctor in many ways. I am happy he has been my PCP for over 3 years. It gives me and my family a lot of comfort to realize we have one of the best doctors in Sugar Land to be my PCP. His support staff are very considerate and thorough in their work.
