For someone with a Professional degree providing a service to folks, you have a very peculiar bedside manner. I should have turned around and walked out when I entered that dark, dirty dungeon of a lobby that's just as uninviting as you and your employees. People are coming to you for a SERVICE, if you don't LIKE your job, then don't do it.
