I have used Sugar land Electric for doing yearly maintenance on my generator. They performed the maintenance On Feb 28 this year which included an oil change. Three weeks ago my generator crashed and gave a message of oil pressure problem. I called the warranty company to come and check the generator. The warranty technician explained the generator had been overfilled with oil which caused the unit to crash. He told me I should contact Sugar Land Electric to inform them of the problem. Tech Rey went beyond expectations. If you want a tech to get "deep into the weeds" to assure all is well, call Rey. Also, hats off to Jessica for office support. This is a "top shelf" organization.
Quick, Professional & Reliable! Sugar Land Electric sent someone out the same day for an EV charger estimate, and technician Ray Lopez did an excellent job! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and very professional. Highly recommend their team!
Steer clear of this hyped up business. First , “professional” arrived (late) with strange personal problems shared. Then said they had to leave and would reschedule. Gave benefit of doubt due to using company in the past. Business owner never followed up. Scheduled again with the promise to send a reliable technician. 2-6pm window. No show, no call, no follow up. I’m done. Honestly am perplexed they have any customers!
Scammers and predators. Gave me a quote for $300, did the work and once they were done charged me $600 claiming the original quote did not include labor. Do not do business with these con artists.
