Dr. Amran needs to change his incoming phone receiver or front desk lady or the staff and scheduling people. Extremely rude & unfriendly lady as if she is doing a favor. Without realizing that the patient is doing a favor for her paycheck by going to this doctor. She is a deadhead. Overall staff suck and I will never go to this doctor again because of staff.
