I love this place. It was wonderfully decorated and aesthically pleasing. Has all the old books you need!
I really wanted to like this spot. But it was quite overpriced for the used books and other items. I find Goodwill, Salvation Army or even eBay to be more affordable. It’s also overwhelmingly cluttered (likely due to not selling enough books/items regularly - because it’s so $$$) Coffee was decent. Baked goods were ok. Gal at front serving coffee, however, was not friendly.
Well.... I'm will to pay for a whole key lime pie for a special family birthday celebration but they won't let me order one in advance. The young lady that answered the phone said "Well, you can go somewhere else." 😳 We've never been to Topsail and don't know the area. 😔
Hidden gem, unrecognized, in an area with limited attractions. My wife and kids loved the books and the cozy whimsical atmosphere
