Great place and great service.
We use to use Deep Seven and had zero issues. This company took over and its been a nightmare!! They have zero customer service. They can't find any of our boxes. They takes DAYS to respond. We get charged for services that never happened. Save yourself the head ache and go somewhere else!!!!
I canceled my account several months ago but I keep getting bills sent to me. I've called and emailed several times about it and they say it's taken care of, but I keep getting bills.
I run a small law firm with light shred needs about every month. Had a local company for years. Was very happy with it. This company bought the company we used to use. Beware of this company. Bought up a bunch of well-run local shred companies and then the nightmare begins. Horrible customer service, bad new policies they try to enforce when I never signed anything with the new company. Go to a local company not these carpetbagger corporate types just in it for the fast buck.
