Update: I am disheartened to have to update this review as I have always been a fan of Sugar Hollow Solar. The first time we had a problem a couple years ago it was handled so promptly, and they were just exactly as they were when they did. t the original install. They kept me informed every step of the way, and I felt comfortable with them handling the issue. We are very pleased with the solar panels we purchased and had installed by Sugar Hollow Solar. Professional team all around. Solar power has saved us a boatload of money especially now that energy costs are rising. We are on track to pay them off much sooner than we thought. It is more than savings though. Not relying on fossil fuels for electricity makes it very worthwhile.
All the timing and steps were clear and followed through. I never had to call and check on anything. All of the staff were helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. We are so glad we chose Sugar Hollow and have recommended them to multiple people.
Responsive and communicative through the process from initial inquiry to final launch. Caroline was very helpful in advising us on what we need to know. Highly recommended.
The workers are disrespectful and they messed up my roof so bad I had to order another company to fix my roof
