The communication from all members of the staff was great. Very timely, informative and friendly in tone. It was a pleasure to work with them.
It was a three year wait from contract until my house was ready for Sugar Hollow's magic. We cycled through a few project managers yet Sugar Hollow's coordination with my builder was flawless. Once we had the plan they were "low maintenance" in that they knew what to do without my constant involvement. This despite a few changes in the technology in the interim. The finished work was very neat and professional looking, and has been working flawlessly. Delighted
Everyone at Sugar Hollow was absolutely wonderful, keeping us informed, helping us understand the process, and performing with the utmost professionalism. Kyle was especially great in keeping us updated and managing the project to completion ahead of our expectation.
Very professional in every aspect from quoting, billing, scheduling, install and startup. Highly recommend Sugar Hollow Solar if you are considering solar (and you should consider solar - electricity rates are not going to go down with AI increasing demand so quickly).
