Beyond rude and unprofessional staff members.
I had a very poor personal interaction. Short version we perceived something we felt was inappropriate. For our own reasons we just wanted to separate from them and this was complicated by poor professionalism. These are just my personal perceptions and opinions. I am sharing my experience and nothing more. I would never have another willing interaction with this organization.
