Do not trust these people! Our building in Inwood is in their portfolio, and they have done nothing but attempt to let the building decay and get rent controlled/stabilized units vacated and turned over to market rate. They are the MOST negligent, incompetent, cheap, and scummy property managers I have ever been stuck dealing with. It is -15 degrees outside, and there hasn't been heat or hot water in the building for 27 hours, with no repair in sight!
