Outstanding Community & Staff! I’ve lived at The Residences at Arundel Preserve for almost two years, and it’s by far the best apartment community I’ve ever experienced. I've been a resident of Longview for almost two years. I recently had an issue with bees invading my home. As we all know, bees are everywhere but not likely to enter a home. The Property Manager Melissa and Maintenance Manager Kevin took this matter very seriously and put mine and my daughter's safety first. It took a couple of visits, at no fault of their own to remove and rectify the issue. Chelsea was amazing!! She was not only very helpful but spent her time in showing me the apartment and all the amenities of summit hills. Can't say enough about her. thank you, Chelsea, for everything! I have so far enjoyed living here. Great place if you want to be in downtown Silver Spring but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
Choosing The Standard has got to be, by far, one of the best decisions I could've made. Full stop. I remember the first time I walked into this beautiful establishment.
