We dragged the kids all the way to Sugar Factory on Broadway fully expecting a sugar-fueled good time… and instead got a masterclass in how to kill the vibe. The food was aggressively mediocre (congratulations, you somehow made even the fries taste like they gave up halfway through). But the real MVP of disappointment was the service. Nothing says “we care about your experience” like auto-grat-ing every table 20% so the servers can safely ignore you without financial consequence.
