The front of house lady was extremely rude as soon as we walked in. Really disgraceful behaviour and didnt expect that. Food was priced as per our expectation of times square. However we didnt expect the level of service we experienced from the front of house especially as we spent almost $100 on 3 shakes.
Overpriced. We got our food before our drinks. Messed up our orders. Steak was well done when ordered medium. The mozzarella sticks was one big log of cheese. Missing items we ordered. Never go there again.
Warren was extremely nice and provided amazing service for the entire visit. It was a pleasant experience!
