So before I begin, let me just say this was my first time here. I live in New York and I’m no stranger to chain restaurants, so I know what to expect in terms of service. We had reservations for 8:00 PM and arrived early at 7:45 PM since we were a large group of 15 (8 adults and 7 children, ranging from 2 months to 7 years old). Cynthia was amazing! My friends and I enjoyed our girls night out.
Our server Warren was amazing very and I mean very accommodating. Always went the extra mile. Food can very quickly as well as hot wasn’t sitting out cold like some establishments. We were celebrating my close friends birthday and he made this a very special day for her. Thanks Warren!!!!
If it wasn’t for our server Amanda this review would’ve been an essay about how negative my experience but Amanda made up from all of it. To the managers please do better at flipping tables and moving the waiting parties along. Reservations were for 7:45. At 9:30 we were still waiting a party of 20 with 12 of us being small children - so imagine the nightmare. We sat ourselves down cause we were tired of waiting. I made an 8 pm reservation arrived at 7:45 to check in and didn't get to sit at a table until 9:50. The wait time with a reservation made ahead of time is insane. We were ready to leave after the wait, but waitress Amanda was able to get us our table and attended us after her shift ended. She made sure we got our food and drinks fast after sitting.
