Dear Sugar Factory Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with our September 19 visit to Sugar Factory Times Square, intended to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. Our reservation was mishandled, the restaurant was chaotic, service was delayed and inaccurate, drinks and food were questionable, the bathroom was unsanitary, and my credit card was not promptly returned.
