I’m really disappointed because I was so excited to try this place since it seemed so cute and fun!! To start, the positive is that service was fantastic!! I went to Sugar Factory as a guest for a Birthday party yesterday 3/27/2026. The ambience was very nice, very great place for photos especially if you want some pics for your socials. The food and service were not great, I ordered the Big cheesy which did not look the way it does on the menu! There was no cheese oozing from my burger and the Mac and cheese on my burger was cold, the french fries were fine.
