i see all the bad reviews, but my experience was decent.. we were late, but they got us in (and loaded) in a reasonable amount of time. And overnight parking (altho small) is a huge plus.
I don’t normally leave reviews but every once and a while I’ll come across one place deserving. Most comments here are saying they been there 5+hrs. We’ll try sitting in the doc for 12hrs straight not getting loaded until the last hour and a half. Appointment time 0800 and got here around 0630. Docked right away. I was wondering why is it taking them so long to even drop the ramp into the trailer. I counted at least 6–8 trucks who gotten there after me and loaded out leaving before me. 1 star is too many. The reviews are true. You'll be here at least 8 hours. Come with a full clock or be prepared to spend the night. Got here at 430pm for live load, got into a dock at 830pm, its 10pm and im still not loaded...insane.
We got here 20 minutes late & their system was down so we had to sit around for 1.5 hours waiting for that to come back up just for them to tell us to back into a door at 3pm. It’s 8pm and we are still not loaded. Their excuse was because we came late which is clearly a joke since they were sending people away anyway. Hope to never get a route here again.
