1 star is too many. The reviews are true. You'll be here at least 8 hours. Come with a full clock or be prepared to spend the night. Got here at 430pm for live load, got into a dock at 830pm, its 10pm and im still not loaded...insane.
We got here 20 minutes late & their system was down so we had to sit around for 1.5 hours waiting for that to come back up just for them to tell us to back into a door at 3pm. It’s 8pm and we are still not loaded. Their excuse was because we came late which is clearly a joke since they were sending people away anyway. Hope to never get a route here again.

If I could give this place a negative rating it would get the max.... 2nd time I've been here with the same experience. Places like this DO NOT deserve our services from the transportation industry.
