They have recently torn down a few condemned trailers which is good. There are multiple trailers with junk and even trash in the yard. A trailer across from the office has a flat bed trailer full of trash that has been there for months. There are junk cars in many lots without license plates. There are almost no rules or fines for how you keep your trailer and lot updated. There is no dumpster for big items. The playground is at the bottom of a steep incline. I can’t walk it with my grandchild.
