The staff members act like their role in the office is so important that they won't inform you of how much a trash bill is for your home if your name isn't on the billing info. I've been the one to make every payment on our trash for the last 5 years but for some reason today was different and the woman wouldn't tell me what our bill was because my name wasn't on the billing. I wish I can put 0 stars because that's what they deserve and the type of effort they put into helping the citizens from sugar creek is unbelievable. Thankfully I only bought a .75 acre lot Land in Lexington ave and I don't have to live there and deal with them anymore. I've been doing my best to be complaint with the city regulations and all their codes and rules but the old man Alan Gustin is not helpful for nothing and all he says is NO! NO! NO!
