Supposed to get a therapeutic message from li'i was on a waiting list for months My text messages say I would be notified via email that I never received. I guess you work when you want and that's grate but you completely wasted my time And set me back months in recovery. Very unprofessional And down right rude . Get better

Wasted my time for nothing. I had booked an appointment just for a wax nothing else nothing more. I get a text message a couple of hours before my appointment asking me to fill out a form, no problem! Well I don’t have an email so when I walked I was told since I can’t fill out the forms without an email they can’t do the waxing. Wasted my time and took a deposit 💵 down.
