The fellow by the name of Matt was the rudest guy ever. I tried to send him a catalog from the company I work for and he asked me what do we sell, so with his company being in construction I felt this was a good fit. I told him we sold tools, he asked what kind. When I told him everything and gave him a rough breakdown of some of the items, he told me to take his name off our calling list and he didn't want the catalog, I asked him why?
