I have to say, this was the worst wax experience ive ever had. My review is based on the carelessness and the results it produced. My friend and i went in for brazilian waxes. While i dont mind hard wax (when done in strips), the esthetician proceeded to over the whole V with hard wax. Once it dried, she attempted to pull everything off in 1 shot. Not pleasant. When she realized that that wasn't working she tried using the hard wax in clumps. She was very careless. Wax was spilled every where. I finally had to tell her to us... read more
