I had a very disappointing experience here. I scheduled a nail repair and even received two calls confirming the appointment. When I arrived 15 minutes early, I was told they hadn’t actually booked me and asked me to come back in half an hour. When I returned, the staff ignored me for another 20 minutes until I asked if I was being taken. They seemed bothered by my request. Very unorganized and unprofessional, I will not be returning.
