Im hoping to talk to the owner. We ordered a unit by callingthe number on the website, paid the $95.00 at $70/month and a $25 deposit. It is a call center and apparently the owner is not available by phone. Two days after ordering it we got told we would be moving to a unit over because the original unit was apparently broken somehow. Have not been able to get in with the code and when calling to ask about it, they don't give any answers, they just say they will contact the owner and we will get a call back, that's a lie. I had water damage to my stuff and they smelt like mildew and told the manager talking about I still have to pay my storage . There’s a water leak in the storage I had and you can see it on the roof inside!
