Super clean private beach, pool clubhouse. Security fence
The stars are for the view from 2nd floor unit. Excellent ocean view. Unit in need of a good cleaning and painting (paint peeling in areas). Furniture was worn and dirty. The kitchen had no oven pans or even oven mitts. Disappointed the pool isn’t heated. The area is quiet however there is little soundproofing from adjacent units. Towels were nice and well stocked.
이 콘도는 시설이 너무 낙후되어 손님을 받으면 안된다. 우선 리노베이션을 마치고 재 개장 하는게 맞다. 리빙룸 천장으로 검은 자국이 길게 생겼는데 이것은 덕트 청소를 너무 안해서 생긴것으로 보인다. 투숙하는 손님들 건강에 해를 입히지 읺나 싶고 런드리룸 천정에서 물이 새고 있어 플라스틱 통으로 받혀놨다. 우리는 비치 바로옆 빌딩에서 지냈기 때문에 해질녁 해질녁 경치는 그야말로 장관이다. 너무 엉망인 시설 이지만 경치가 너무 좋아 용서가 될 정도이다.
