This woman is amazing! I love her class and hate to miss it.
This class has by far got to be one of the most exhilarating classes I have ever taken!!! Sheridan keeps everyone and I do mean everyone motivated and pumped up tl learn all the fierce steps!!! I've told do many people about her class!!! This is a class I will continue to do OK even when I get to where I want to be. I'm even thinking about seeing if she can work with me one on one because she looks amazing!!! Sheridans' Sugar Shake Down Rocks

Great place to dance and get fit. The instructor is hella amazing and makes your time amazing, fun and enjoyable. :-)
