Sufi yoga is beautiful, gentle, expansive yoga practice layered with the deeper, devotional practices of Sufism. Chanting the sacred healing Sufi words creates blissful states of well being. Elissa is such a kind, compassionate teacher that you feel incredibly safe and nurtured in her capable hands. I love the her classes!

I came to Elissa a few years ago because she got me terrific results before my cervical surgery. At that time my discs had fallen on my motor nerves causing mini-strokes. I was in lot of pain but after Elissa performed a healing and many prayers, I was able to successfully complete the surgery and return home a few hours later..
