Great company to work fir!
The routing system the office use is NOT accurate. The office keeps adding new students throughout the year on every van route. The drivers are on a tight schedule causing them to rush, it's pretty evident when you see these drivers on the road. The CEO doesn't care about the drivers well being, if they did, they would set a limit to how many kids are added on the bus. This job is stressful, avoid working here.
I take the bus every day, several routes, but the worst route in my experience is the #3 and #5. The buses are old and dirty. Today, in particular, bus route #3, number 7102, had water inside. Apparently, there was a fault with the A/C. The drivers are reckless and not very courteous. When will the county have a service like Nassau County?
