My mother came here for an appt and I urged all SPANISH speakers to NOT GO here. They only had one Spanish speaker and the lady was so rude and mean to my mother. My mother showed up early for her appt and the lady who's name I believe to be Rose instead made sure my mother was one of the last people to be seen. I don't understsnd how such a cruel person could be allowed to work w people who are seeking medical help. One star too many!! Filthy office , hour wait to be talked down to and NOT HELP ME!!! Dr Turkoff is a beast!! Made my problem worse with the probing and then tells me" its no big deal" been suffering months and that how he speaks to me!! How dare he presume to know my pain!! (Which is now 10 xs worse ) since he touched me!! Then blackmails me into having a colonoscopy before he will help with my present situation. THAT test would take me out LITERALLY! Do not waste your time here! Booked my appt, provided copies of all requested items, id, insurance card (which also verified while on hold), and insurance referral. Followed up a few days before appt and was told I was all set everything was good. Received a call the day of the appointment saying they do not accept my insurance plan. If they cannot handle paperwork I am not sure about handling the medical? Wish I hadn’t wasted so much time with this place and listened to the reviews posted.
This place is truly garbage! The staff and doctors are rude!! Do yourself a favor and go to a different place where they treat you like a patient. The doctor, lacks empathy and is incompetent. His assistants are also rude. I’ve also waited almost like a year for a dang appointment because these people always said that doctor was off from vacation, and I’ve been working also so I don’t have enough time.
