I HAD A MAJOR COLLAPSE OF MY SEWER ON AT MY HOME IN LEVITTOWN NY. THE TEAM FROM SUFFOLK PLUMBING RESPONDED AT ONCE AND RELINED THE SEWER LINE.THEY DID ONE EXCELLENT JOB.THEY WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.

I’m posting separately to add additional context to a recent review about this company’s visit to our home. We had no water from our kitchen sink, but every other faucet in the house (4 bathrooms and our laundry sink) had normal hot and cold water. This was inconvenient, but it was not a whole-house emergency. The plumber quoted $425 for the first hour and $375 for each hour after, plus a $125 service fee. A plumber came Monday morning to assess our pipes as there was no water flowing from our kitchen sink since Sunday morning. All other faucets in the house had normal hot and cold water, so this was not an emergency situation. (We have 4 bathrooms and a sink in our laundry room) Despite that, my husband and I were quoted $425 for the first hour and $375 for every hour after, plus a $125 service fee.
