I am coming to Metro Therpy center, am coming here for the last two months for my left knee for doing all the exercise, all the staff is very friendly but I really like Mr.Brian he is wonderful and very polite gentleman he give me full attention to help me to do all the different exercise. Have attended both Physical and Occupational Therapy at Metro PT (East Northport) for approximately 10 months now. Structured (twice a week) PT and OT has significantly changed my Physical health and overall wellbeing. Lost 44 pounds/A1c/BP; Blood sugar, Etc. has significantly improved. I arrived in dire need of help from my back injury. Nothing was working for me. Shout out to Tom who started the process. But Joe took a different approach to my recovery and within a few visits I knew I was on the right path. His knowledge and Techniques were spot on. And I Took those techniques home to work on which helped tremendously. I listen to my body and Joe listened To me. Which made things work. Grateful for all their help.
