Suffolk Oil solutions came to fit a new boiler. The boiler installation itself was good however the overflow pipe caused problems as the engineers accidently drilled through a sewer pipe by accident. This was not a problem however after paying in full for the job before the overflow pipe was complete was not impressed that Suffolk Oil solutions gave instructions via email for my parents to dig the hole for the pipe when this had been paid for and to which my parents ended up doing themselves. Thanks Mark

We came home from shopping and found the boiler leaking onto the downstairs carpet. Thankfully I knew what taps to turn off, which I did instantly and called Suffolk Oil Solutions. Within 45 minutes, an engineer and his trainee arrived. Had we got back from shopping any later, we would have been claiming for a new carpet. The Boss, Mark called me before Ray, the engineer was due to arrive with his trainee. They carried out the work to disable any further, potential damage.
