I have only had great experiences at this practice. However I only go to the Patchogue office. It is closest to where I live. I just read many horrible reviews for the Port Jefferson office so I cannot speak for that office. The staff of ladies that sit at the front desk are kind and patient. No problems making appointments either. I have only been using the practice for a few years and will only see a woman. Reception staff is friendly and Dr. Edwards is very pleasant, but I wouldn't rely on this office for med refills because the wait time on the phone is truly horrendous. This is why I stopped going there, as I was frequently notified by my mail order pharmacy that they couldn't refill my RX due to not being able to reach them via phone. I wish they would give you the option to request a call back rather than wait on hold for 15+ minutes (although they do for cancellations). This is 2022; get with the program.
I see Dr. Edwards who is always great. He’s always prompt and I usually end up leaving 5 minutes after my appointment time.
