I believe it was Debbie that helped me yesterday. She was the best customer sales person I’ve ever dealt with, she not only helped me pick out blades, she taught me about blades.
World-class customer service! I placed an order for two band saw blades on a Saturday evening. The next day I realized I had ordered the wrong length. I called Monday at 10AM, easily reached a person and explained I had ordered the wrong size. While I waited, she called prodution and determined they had already custom made my (incorrectly specified) order. No worries, though, she explained. Incredible scary sharp blades. Great customer support. 100% recommend.
Top notch customer service. I had some packages stolen from my neighborhood by some christmas porch pirates, including some new bandsaw blades I purchased from Suffolk Machinery. One quick phone call and they had some new ones on the way that same day to keep my business running. Great product and service, I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future.
