Tried for two weeks to get an appointment to have a window replaced. They kept saying we will call you but never received a call. Call Glass Master they will call you back and do the work within a week.
RecommendedExcellent service and reasonable prices. I brought in a window sash that was broken and it was returned to me that afternoon good as new. Saved me $400 having a contractor to come repair it.

This company proved to be unreliable, unreachable and when I finally got up with SAM (who is supposed to be running the place), and explained to him the difficulties I had experienced, he was unapologetic and told me "go somewhere else, he didn't want my business". This company doesn't deserve your business!!! The BBB and Angie's List will be hearing from me!!
