Two hours waiting for X-rays and checkup. Sitting in the chair waiting, I couldn't help noticing how the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in a month and as far as the utensils, I don't know if or how they're cleaned but usually dentists these days have sterile plastic covering them. They don't. I never even got to the dentist after two hours as I ended up leaving and switching to another dentist.
I have been a patient for many years. Mitzy is a terrific hygienist. Dr. Klein and Dr. Mindel have my complete trust. The office staff is friendly, kind and helpful. Overall the office is very professional and i highly recommend them.
Great first time experience. Very thorough cleaning and check up. Very nice people helped me with transfers as i am handicapped
