I have been a satisfied member for many years. When I have a problem they handle it quickly and get back to me with an answer.
Untrained Teller, Argumentative Manager - Miller Place Branch You never win an argument with a customer. You can decline a service, but you need to do it politely and professionally. Teller are unsure how to process all but the most basic transactions. Manager likes to argue with customers. I'm closing my account.
