I originally gave them a five-star review but after only a year and 2 months had a problem and they said basically to go to hell they gave me nothing but an attitude in the service Department a clamp was broken off my heat shield it was never installed properly was what I was told from the other Harley dealer that I brought it to they said they over tightened it and snapped it when they did the 5000 Mile service for me the other mechanic noticed it. CANADIAN HARLEY RIDER far from home!! My tires got completely cooked on our trip to NYC. Barely made it to Suffolk Harley Davidson on a Saturday morning. No appointment, no call ahead, just showed up and was at the service departments mercy ...well they showed more than mercy!! The service department IMMEDIATELY stepped up and took me in right away. If i could give negative stars i would. Never in my life have i been so badly mistreated in any business or in any scope of customer service. They are all nice while your interested in purchasing a motorcycle. After you purchase it they literally say " F.U." I went in to make a formal complaint in private to the manager and was cursed at at threatened with violence and thrown out of the store. BUYER BEWARE!!!! My girlfriend purchased the 2018 Ultra limited under her name for the 2 of us. Its not under my name.
