Horrible service department - waited 2 months for engine repairs that take 8-10 hours total - no updates at all - missed the entire summer - had to return after the repairs for an issue they created - never reinstalled a lower cover by the down tubes then scratched living hell out of my rear fender putting the seat back - ZERO F’s given in this place - if they are the face of H-D it’s no wonder the brand is so much financial trouble - I wouldn’t let Suffolk HD do a inspection let alone touch my motorcycles ever again - I gla... read more

No matter how much you spend, no discounts or breaks in pricing. They overcharge you for everything and I wish there were more Harley dealers in Suffolk so at least it would be more competitive pricing. Next time I'm trying Miracle mile or Nassau Harley's. It might be worth the longer trip. They at least work with you a little if you're doing alot of work.

The staff at the dealership as a whole are Great ! They offer a "Heroes " reward program for Military Veterans and First Responders which is 15% off of parts or clothes and accessories in the dealership. The Service Department run by John and Angelo is great. Terry is an awesome mechanic ( he is an actual mechanic ) who I highly recommend and I won't let anyone else work on my bikes. Dropped my bike for a compensator covered by ESP on a Tuesday. Was ready before the weekend. Frank does excellent work. Bikes running strong again.
