Sabrina was my nurse she was loving caring and always came when I needed help she was compassionate and always made sure my meds were on time she overworked her self helping heal me and My other people. Tameesha was always there to help and she was kind too
SWAN LAKE should be shut down. They took over for Suffolk rehab and they are worse than Suffolk was. They keep commenting on reviews that it’s under new management but that’s a lie. Do not send your loved ones here unless you want them to die. The employees at Swan Lake laugh and make fun of the residents and treat them like garbage. The rooms are disgusting and smell and the food is terrible. Crust on bread is hard as a rock. I wouldn’t even feed my dog this food. Please don’t even consider this place for your loved ones.
