Dr Taylor and his staff were great from the first call all the way through treatment discussion. My child felt at ease and they even set her up for summer with this sweet gift.
I did NOT and am still not having such a great experience. I have 2 boys with braces and this service has been terrible. They have made errors with my financial contracts a couple times and have double charged me! They have sent me incorrect confirmation text messages with incorrect times and dates. They don’t do such a great job explaining or answering questions at the front desk when you have a concern. We have waited in the waiting area for 45+ minutes before getting called back.
