This was one of the worst nail experiences me and my friends have had. We came in to get acrylic nails and were given very chunky nails that were not filed or smooth… they were $70. We left that day and called to complain hoping for a refund and were told no but that we could come in and get them re-done. I did not have a good experience here. They used something to remove the gel that was extremely irritating to my skin, and cut my skin while shaving off the gel.

I went in for a gel soak off, I made it clear multiple times I wanted the fake nail, glue, and gel COMPLETELY removed, I got none of the above. I still have some color on my nails, the tips are still there and there’s still a layer of gel on my nails. After telling her the third time that I want everything off and it wasn’t happening I just paid for what I got and left. She burned my nail bed with the filer, and the solution she used on my nails for the gel was thrown onto my nail which caused stinging around my nails
