My grandma slipped and fell today. The nurse (Tesha) blamed it on her shoes. She should be immediately fired!
Nursing care was excellent, however, administrative care lacks. I called, emailed, and left messages with the top administrator to please get back to me with concerns I had. He totally ignored me, thus forcing me to contact the main office in Massachusetts for help. All it takes is one bad experience to tarnish a reputation. Nursing care was excellent. The staff at Suffield By The River is fantastic, from the curated tour with complimentary dinner by their chef to the nursing staff and care givers who exceed expectations with compassionate care and understanding. We couldn’t be happier with activities and amenities for mom. She’s made quick friends and though she was adamant this was temporary and she wasn’t going to stay, and in just a couple months she regained her strength and confidence and doesn’t want to leave!
Jim and his entire team are extraordinary. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for.
This assisted living has exceeded every expectation. The staff is kind, responsive, and treats residents like family. Jim, the Executive Director goes above and beyond for his families. The community as a whole feels organized and resident focused. Jim’s approach is refreshing. You can tell he truly cares about the people who live and work here. I reccomend visiting this community!
