My sister and I just arrived to do our scheduled massages and we were not allowed to use the gift-card that my sister had bought me as a Christmas gift for $50. The women at the desk denied that my sister paid for it. We were so upset that she argued with us about if the gift-card was paid when it obviously was, that we just left. Thank you for nothing. You will not be getting good reviews from us. I paid for that gift certificate and I'm appalled you thought otherwise. A close friend died this week and this was a treat for us. Turned out to be a nightmare. You lost a customer for life and you will lose many more.
