I asked them for a documentation page for my insurance and I got an e-mail 3 days later and it had nothing to do with my insurance. They didnt even follow it up when I e-mailed them back with the problem. Ohh well pleanty of insurance ppl out there im going to my farmers ins guy next to fix this--no service--no contract
