I’m sorry to do this because her reviews look great. I lost my cleaner to a issue and emailed Sue’s Signature cleaning company for a quote which I received. I called her and we set up an appointment to go over the home details with her, a week ahead of time. She never showed up, called to cancel, nor return my calls or emails as to why she did not show for the appointment. Professional? I have since found another company. Sue did an excellent job cleaning my daughter's apartment when she was moving out. The leasing agent told me she wished all tenants left their units in such great shape. She was efficient, prompt, and courteous, plus her price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend using Sue's Signature Clean whenever you need your apartment or house cleaned.
