I stopped off here to buy some flowers for my girlfriend for her birthday as I was so impressed with the freshness and colours of the flowers. I picked up a couple of bunches of flowers and said they were just for a birthday. The lady was amazing. She trimmed them then arranged them into one bunch and wrapped them up beautifully for me. I was soooooo impressed. I will definitely only be buying my flowers from here in future. Thank you 🙏 Yours flowers are gorgeous
Excellent quality flowers and the most amazing service
Terrible service. I come to buy flower, staff so arrogant. Not introducing any flowers and plant, when I ask questions, she said I don’t know! I said you are selling plants and flowers, then she said you should read instructions?!!!
No customer service. The lady kept me waiting for quite some time and didn't acknowledge me at all when I went to pay. She just kept writing down whatever she was doing, and then just handed me the eftpos machine whilst in a call with someone. No hello or thank you. Thats really all it takes...
