Stay away from this place. I haven’t encountered such uncalled-for rudeness toward a customer anywhere. I was visibly sad purchasing flowers for my father’s death anniversary and said to the man at the counter that the flowers were for a cemetery. I bought two bouquets and kindly asked for them to be joined together. The man said they don’t do that here and told me to open the bouquets and join them together myself (!) which I proceeded to do without saying anything as I had other things to worry about. I asked for some paper and tape to wrap a surprise for a Valentine's Day present. I told the lady I would be more than happy to buy something with it in order to pay for the paper and tape used. After she wrapped the gift in the shape of a flower (as if I got my wife flowers - not what I actually wrapped) she charged me $5 for the foot of paper, the 4 pieces of tape, and maybe 30 seconds of her time... I get that this isn't a conventional request, but I would have rather got a "no" than her rudeness and overpricing.
