I had the pleasure of fixing a wedding dress Sue had botched the alterations for. When the bride came to me it looked like a toddler had done the work. The seams were hand stitched and falling apart. Sleeves done incorrectly. Bride was told the dress couldn’t be hemmed. Brides brother in law also brought a suit to Sue. Got it back completely ruined. Would not recommend

My tailor of decades closed, and my back up tailor outsourced their alterations to what ended up to be nothing but mistakes ... all in the same month. After going to 9 different alterations places in the Cincinnati area that have disappointed me since, I tried Sue's Alterations. Sue took my measurements thoroughly on her hands and knees for what seemed like 30 minutes. I just picked up my item, that 3 other tailors rejected due to difficulty, and my pants are perfect!!!
