Laughably bad management and false advertising. 99% of the photos they have on their website and social media are from previous designers who were replaced with an amateur w/ no experience to save a buck. They have zero floral experience and it shows. They mistreat employees and overcharge their customers...Buying a local family owned business' product and then flipping it for four times what they paid for it. Also beware of spider mites in the plants! Avoid at all costs.
Marena, at Sue's Creations, went above and beyond for Mother's Day. She was on the phone with me several times and was texting me pictures of wreaths, different Balloons, flower arrangements, and even offered to get cookies and treats to send to my mother-in-law in the nursing home. If you are in the Syracuse, Lake Wawasee, or Syracuse Lake Area, you must use Sue's Creations for flowers and other gift ideas. They are amazing to work with.
They made a corsage and boutonniere for my Son and his girlfriends prom. They made them to match his girlfriends dress, and they were perfect! Super friendly and accommodating. I will be a return customer for all my floral needs. Definitely recommend.
The new owners are so incredibly kind and talented, all the staff works extremely hard and i truly believe the work they have done is impeccable quality!!!!!🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵
As someone who has lived in this community and supported Sue’s Creations for years, I feel the need to speak up. Sue and her family spent more than four decades building that shop’s reputation through hard work, creativity, and genuine care for their customers.
