I come in and order bouquets here quite often and owners are doing very well at handing the change of management. flowers look very cared for, can’t wait to get more gorgeous ones soon!
ZERO STARS: Writing this review for my grandmother. This photo was advertised as to what it would look like. My grandmother ordered these online for $117.00. The second picture below is what was delivered to a FUNERAL. They used a Merry Christmas pot instead of the gold as pictured. Even if they were out of the gold, they should have called me to inform me and given me options. I do not think this plant is acceptable for what was advertised. Zero stars. Horrible customer service and poor quality.
Horrible experience with how flowers turned out and customer service. When Sue owned it, it was great! New owners are not high quality like Sue and do not care about their customers!
