Unprofessional behavior and a lack of accountability.
First and last time.
I was referred to Sue's Creations by another florist who was a bit out of delivery area. I ordered an arrangement for a celebration of life event. Nicole was very helpful on the phone and answered all my questions about types of arrangements, flowers, size, and delivery. While I wasn't able to see the arrangement in person, I'm told that the arrangement was lovely, and the pictures seem to capture it. Very happy to have been referred to Sue's Creations!
