I b ought my starter machine, a White DLite lasy year and found the staff of Sues to be all very helpful. Thye always have time to stop what they are doing to answer my questions and discuss any machine problems. Thye have suugested type of fabric I might use and shown me many useful accessories. I would never buy another machine w/out knowing I had these trusty people to go too. Cant say enough good things about thme. I have not had repair as yet but am thinking of tading up to a bigger machine.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE.....take it to a REPAIR SHOP. First off, being new to the area, I called for directions here...they gave me the street address which I had difficulty finding on THREE separate trips....they should have told me this business was INSIDE Joann Fabrics. When I finally FOUND it, I left my sewing machine to be inspected and repaired [bobbin constantly knotting up beneath the fabric] while I did some shopping.
