I went to UPMC Pain Management Center with Dr. S Ho with high hopes. I was quite let down. After weeks of therapy, which aggravated things, I had yet another MRI of my back. When Dr. Ho could not see anything she could inject she basically said “bye, CYA”. Waste of my time and money.

I can't think of enough words to describe my appreciation to Dr. Ho and her staff for the excellent care they provide as well as their efficiency, caring attitude and patience in attending to my needs and answering any questions or concerns I may have. Also, their willingness timely manner to provide more answers or information to questions I may send after my appointments through MyUPMC messages.
