Does a great and timely job.
Absolutely terrible and unprofessional experience. Sueann missed the deadline in submitting my taxes resulting in a significant penalty. This was compounded by the interest that accrued during the time that she would not return any phone calls, emails, or text messages. After reaching out a few days before the taxes were due, she assured me she would have them complete. This did not happen. Emails I sent to her and others in the office were never answered.
